The results of the latest Deloitte’s Global Chief Auditor survey were released in June. Deloitte will be presenting some of the key topics and themes for HIAs to think about as they step into next year and develop their medium-term strategy.
This will include IA's impact and value, the digital revolution and innovation, and transforming talent (skills and capabilities).

Sandro will explain what a behavioural risk management framework looks like and how internal auditors can audit this theme whilst staying true to their risk based auditing methodologies and complying with the new IIA UK Code of Internal Audit Practice.

People ‘buy’ people. In her presentation, Joanna Gaudoin will look at what you need to consider to positively impact and influence others. She will cover key aspects that affect how we perceive one another and the relationship skills that are fundamental to working effectively and positively with others in different professional scenarios, to achieve great business outcomes
The Seminar will begin with registration and refreshments at 9.30am, will include a mid-morning coffee break with festive refreshments, and finish with a buffet lunch at 1:00pm.
